[Wear-Hard] Newest VIA systemboard standard, Pico-ITX

Looks to be a little smaller than the Nano-ITX form factor, and like the
nano, it will probably be 99% heatsink and $400 when a model comes to
market, but it is a full X86 mainboard with VGA out.
