Remember the AMD Geode boards of similar size and price? Atleast we get a
higher performance processor and more power saving stuff. These boards are
starting to get very wearable. Regarding the heatsink, it seems like the
picture of a Pico-ITX in the wild does indeed have most of it's PCB covered
by an aluminum heatsink. That's ok. I plan on turning the case of my
wearable into the heatsink. Check the front of mini-itx.com for more about
this standard.
