Kensington SlimBlade™ Trackball Mouse

Bluetooth mouse with scroll ball so basically it is like the Apple Mighty
Mouse. There is however a big difference, double tap the button below the
scroll ball and the scroll ball becomes a trackball. There is a slide to
cover the laser sensor on the bottom so you can use it in the air. Just a
nice thing to control the cursor in your pocket or whatnot in addition to
another device for your alphanum input.

Though the thing gets interference depending on how you hold it and how far
from the system.
