[Wear-Hard] Twiddler-1 conversion to USB?

It shouldn't be too hard to remove the cable and build one that goes from
USB to serial and taps the 5v off the usb connection. You will need a
multimeter, extra wire, soldering iron, etc. No harder than bad wiring in a
car or anything else. A pain, definitely.
