[Wear-Hard] inexpensive Wild Planet eyepieces back in stock

These were out of stock for a long time - as you may recall from
previous posts to this community, they are only 20 dollars and PAL
input. They can be switched to NTSC by moving a surface-mount resistor
as described by orphrey at gmail.com on this list:
