[Wear-Hard] VGA to NTSC conversion

The spy car HMD has such a low resolution, how do you plan on using
it? I just purchases a Sony UX that I may or may not use for a
wearable base, but I don't know what I can effectively display on the
HMDs, especially in black and white.
