[Wear-Hard] Twiddler as Braille input device

This may have been discussed before. Has anyone remapped the keys on the
Twiddler to reflect Braille?

Granted, there are multiple versions in use throughout the world, they are
not compatible, etc.

The first column would be the first column of 8 point Braille, the third
would be the second column. The middle would be when a point in both columns
is used. Seems a pretty straightforward translation.
