Yugster (http://www.yugster.com/) has a sale on currently for a white
sports-cap (baseball or "gimmie" cap) with an integrated pocket and
wire-guides for a 1st or 2nd-generation Ipod Nano.  Not great fashion, I
admit, but of conceivable use for mounting all or part of an audio-centric
wearable in.  Heck, with modification it might make a good place to house
most of the computational core for your wearable.
