For the impatient, What do people think of the otter box 3600?
I know most people seem to be doing x86 based wearables but I already
have a zaurus and I don't plan on a hmd until they get good for cheap.
Why not just clip the zaurus to my belt? because I have been through 2
phones in 8 months, and I want to attach a battery pack. I figure
something around 3 ah should do with a switching voltage regulator and a
1 amp fuse (to spare the one inside the z, its a bitch to get to)
Also I am not overly worried about weight, basically as long as I don't
use a lead acid battery it will be lighter than the 15 inch dell I have
been carrying (yes everywhere, I am a sys admin, the only sys admin at
my company)
Any suggestions for input? The zaurus is a 5500 and hence limited in
input options to serial or ir devices. Would a serial bluetooth adapter
for it be my best bet? Would that then let me us a bluetooth
keyboard(for seated use) or a bluetooth twiddler for mobile use.
