[Wear-Hard] spiffchorder released

Hi Folks, 

The spiffchorder code is available for download.  Mikkel tracked down
and squashed the last 2 known bugs yesterday.  So, if you want a
reliable and inexpensive chorder that looks like a usb keyboard to the
host computer, come and get it! (What's not to love?)

default chordset (you can make your own or just learn the one I use)
