[Wear-Hard] New Wearable coming form Nikon?

Just saw this on Gizmodo:

Anyone have any idea on English language availability, or hackability?

The main web site seem to be http://www.upstore.jp/ where this rig is 
listed at 69,800 yen (about $683US)... Google translation tells me it'll 
be released mid-December (in Japan only, presumably) and that one can 
now pre-order up to two.

How come it's the Japanese who get all the fun toys?
