[Wear-Hard] HMD suggestions

Hello,

I am looking for a suggestions for an HMD.

Signal to display would be composite video.

I would like the HMD itself to block less of my vision (both peripheral
as well as a spot in front of one eye) than a pair of glasses.

I want to be able to read it in sunlight as well as turn it down so it
doesn't blind me or be too obvious in a dark theater or at night.

I don't expect it to be covert, but as light and small as possible would
be great ;-)

I don't want to have to make it myself unless I have detailed step by
step illustrated instructions and a list of all the parts necessary and
where to get them. In other words I don't want to be designing or making
prototypes or shopping all over the place trying to find parts to try to
get it to work.
