juicing hours?  That's the power source equivalent of saying a displays at X_resolution by Y+resolution by 3 pixels. so the Zire with it's 160x160 display  would be said to have  76800 pixels.  implying that it's a 277x277 display.

You want to know how many Ampere-hours it has not how many hours it's take you to access the Ampere-hours.

If this thing is only doing USB that' 0.5 amps. for 5 hours is  only 2500 mAh  the same as a NiMH AA.   even assuming that some marketroid saw 5000 mAh and went 5000 mAh and when that 5 Ampere-hours argo this thing has 5 hours of juicing time 

But it may even be worst than 2500mAh  because of the the electronics needed to keep li-ion batters from from throwing a temper tantrum and catching fire/exploding for small battery packs NiMH has a better over all energy density.    

This thing sounds like it was made as a fashion accessory not meant to be use to actually charge things.
