PS3 keypad. just under $50 has keyboard and mouse.  Though they use a diffrant keymap. It might be some Standured English+French one. But it's not the USA standrured english,  the Alpha-numiric is the same. but the blue and ornge shift is diffrant anong with the nonstandured keys.

but as long as you are using it you can just use a costum keymap.

Unless you ment for a few bucks more PER minute and by 3G you mean slow 2G.

Or your Japanese and 'everywhere' mean Japan.
