I was never a really big fan of the twiddler anyway. It just looks
ugly. I've always wanted the freedom to rearrange my own keyer, and
there were several kernel hack projects that would let you mangle a
standard keyboard and make a keyer, but they're all obsolete with
kernel input changes. The 'half keyboard' looks nice. If I had the
PIC knowledge, I'd make a Chordite keyer, but as is I'm writing a
config file for joy2chord to use his chord layout (I hope he
doesn't mind that! :p)

I bought a Spy Gear monocle a while ago. It is a neat little thing, but the
big selling point for my HeadPlay is the "Liberator" that does video signal
conversion with good battery life. The VGA->NTSC converters I've seen were
miserably wasteful of energy.

I would never this about using bluetooth as part of my wearable. What a
waste of energy, with already meager battery life!! I'd keep a receiver
of course, to connect to bluetooth devices in the environment, but never
in my wearable.
If it's wearable, why not string the cords through your clothing? It's
the original wearable technology ;)
