[Wear-Hard] Tiny Tiny computers

Noone has yet produced an actual USB composite video adapter yet.
Technically it should be possible to do so with a rewrite of the firmware on
the Displaylink chips that drive the USB-VGA dongles, but Displaylink hasn't
been that forthcoming.

The closest solution I have discovered is the Tellymate (
http://www.batsocks.co.uk/products/Other/TellyMate.htm) connected to a
USB-TTL adapter. However, the Tellymate is really more of a serial display
than a composite graphics output. I have been playing with the idea of
using a Tellymate to tie together a Zipit2 messenger and a Wildplanet HUD to
produce a sub-$100 wearable computer concept. Assuming I got software
support, I would use the Z2 as both input and high-res display, and the HUD
would be low-res text alarms tied to things like twitter and facebook.
