Whew, that's out of the way.

Arisia

I so did not want to go. I wanted to stay away. I wanted to avoid.

Someone pointed out why, without even knowing it. The last time I did anything major for Bellatrix, it quite literally stabbed me in the back and left me dead. (Okay, so it did that to a character of mine in the Realms. Same diff.)

Fortunately, Arisia went off better than that. The friend even apologized for her role in the stabbing, which is the first time anyone's done that. I got cool stuff. I was on cool panels. I danced like a madwoman when the angst-goth dance turned into a 80's dance. (Watching tortured KMart goths wonder if they will look cool dancing to "walk like an Egyptian" would make just about anyone's night.

I took the day off Monday, to avoid work, and it snowed, and I feel great! I found out the suit against us for a car accident a few years ago has been settled! Woohoo and praise God! I'm so so so glad I don't need to worry about that anymore.

And last night, I stayed after work, and worked out. Go me! I'm so cool!
