Sometime around late Friday/early Saturday, I finally managed to completely relax. I feel so free of cares and concerns right now. The fact that Monday is work doesn't fill me with dread -- or worse, the desire to kill co-workers. I feel good.

Vacation Checklist:

1. Star Wars

Saw it again with Arren, was even better the second time. Looking forward to seeing more movies this summer with Arren and Aelana and folks.

2. New books by Wen Spencer and Mindy Klasky.

Purchased, read, finished. I read to quickly. Both were great.

3. The much needed haircut.

Sigh, not as great as hoped. The girl messed it up. Sigh. It's *almost* right, but not quite. Too long on the one side, and not long enough to flip over properly.

4. Dying my hair. Either Deep Purple or Deep Red. Can't decide.

The purple dye is in the bathroom, waiting. Hopefully this week, possibly even tomorrow.

5. Buying a bathing suit. Swimming pool! There's a swimming pool! I can swim each day before work!

Welp, that was a bust. I could find suits, I just can't afford them. Ah well.

6. Inspecting the new used car, and junking the old used car.

Done, done, and done!

7. Trying to get together with people.

Definitely arranged! Saw Arren and Taellosse on Saturday, Vu13 and K and K and A on Sunday (we saw Spiderman!), some of Greg's friends randomly through the week, and then more K and K and Vu13 on Friday, and more of Greg's friends tonight. Pretty darn good.

8. Finishing art for MOB and MAG.

Finished my MOB art, but haven't started the MAG yet. This week. Plenty of time.

9. Relaxing!!

Accomplished!!

Of note, I also finished a short story! It's off at alpha readers right now. I'll revise it, and then I'm submitting it to an anthology. *nervous* But I finished one!
